GBV-C/HGV-inoculated cells (+) or controls (–) were harvested at several time-points post-inoculation, cells were lysed and proteins were separated by SDS–PAGE. After transfer to nitrocellulose membranes, Western blot was performed with a rabbit anti-E2 polyclonal antibody, anti-rabbit HRP conjugate and chemiluminescence detection.
