Microbiology Outreach Prize

Awarded to a microbiologist who has undertaken outreach activities over a sustained period of time (usually 2-5 years). Nominations are now invited on behalf of or from microbiologists in the UK or Ireland. The winner will receive a £300 prize and deliver a talk on their activities at the SGM Meeting, University of Nottingham, September 2010. Details and nomination form available. Closing date 30 April 2010.

The closing date (March 19) is rapidly approaching for the spring round of 4 popular grant schemes. Eligible SGM Members still have time to make an application to the following schemes:
