Who's Who   Council

Council consists of Officers (chosen by Council) and Members (elected by postal ballot of all Ordinary Members of the Society). Council meets for formal meetings four times each year. In addition, Council members have an important role to play in several of the committees that influence different aspects of SGM business such as journals, finance, policy, conferences, communications, grants and careers. These committee meetings often take place in addition to the four formal Council meetings.
